PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the consuming public with advertisement content on which variety, quickness and accuracy satisfying needs of the consuming public are reflected.SOLUTION: In a target selection system 100, the method includes: a step in which a first server receives unique data including application attribute information; a step in which the first server confirms an application provided in a user terminal from the unique data; a step in which the first server applies an application weight value allocated to the application provided in the user terminal; a step in which the first server adds the application weight values applied to the application provided in the user terminal to calculate scores for each user terminal; a step in which the first server transmits at least one unique data to a target of a marketing activity to a second server on the basis of the scores; and a step in which the second server confirms the target from at least one received unique data, and provides the content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
