CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PARALLEL TRANSPORTATION OF LARGE-DIAMETER ULTRA-LONG HDPE PIPELINES

Disclosed is a construction method for the parallel transportation of large-diameter ultra-long HDPE pipelines. After pipelines are abutted by welding and penetrate a double-hole ballast block, the pipelines are filled with concrete for fixing, and a standard double-pipe section is then towed into water by a land transportation apparatus, and is transported to a predetermined position on the water to be abutted with a mounted pipeline. The method can realize accurate pipe opening abutting, ensures the consistency and esthetics of the material and appearance of pipelines, and requires less manpower and material resources, thereby guaranteeing a low production cost and a high operability.
