A home-based care service system for the aged based on 5G Internet of Things, comprising a base (1); a power wheel (2) is rotatably connected to both the left side and the right side of the rear end of the lower side of the base (1); a motor I (3) is connected to each of the power wheels (2); a rear support plate (5) is provided on the rear side of the base (1); an electric retractable rod I (6) is connected to the upper side of the rear support plate (5); a guide groove (7) is provided on both the left side and the right side of the front end of the lower side of the base (1); front support rods (8) are slidably connected to the guide grooves (7); a rack is provided on the lower side of each front support rod (8), a gear engages with the rack, and the gear is connected to a motor II (9) by means of a rotating shaft; the front support rods (8) are driven by the motors II (9) to be separated from the guide grooves (7); arc-shaped guide plates (29) are fixed to the rear side of the base (1); and a back plate (26) is hinged to the rear side of the base (1). The rear support plate (5) and the front support rods (8) are used for supporting, improving the stability during stopping; moreover, height-adjustable handles (27) can facilitate the usage by different people; and the angle of the back plate (26) can be adjusted, facilitating resting.
