AGED-CARE SERVICE PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD BASED ON INTERNET OF THINGS

The present invention provides an aged-care service processing system and method based on the Internet of Things. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining voice information of an old person from a voice input unit; obtaining geographical location information of the old person from a positioning unit; obtaining a standard voice command corresponding to the voice information by matching in a dialect database according to the geographical location information; recognizing an aged-care service request of the old person from the standard voice command by using a voice knowledge base; obtaining vital sign data of the old person from a physical sign monitoring device; sending the aged-care service request and vital sign data of a healthy old person to an aged-care service platform to obtain aged-care service items of the old person by matching; and receiving the aged-care service items from the aged-care service platform and sending the items to a smart terminal. The present invention can recognize voice information of different dialects, and thus can accurately recognize the aged-care service requests of old persons from the voice information of the old persons, thereby improving the accuracy of information interaction and the efficiency of aged-care service.
