The present invention relates to an IoT device management system through PDM, which transmits a lifespan measurement signal to an IoT device to be managed, inputs the characteristics of response data to an artificial neural network, and converts the output data into a health index, a state detection unit that calculates a residual life expectancy value of an IoT device to be managed; and a calculator that calculates a replacement time of the IoT device to be managed based on the life expectancy predicted by the state detector.
