The present invention relates to a stress response system for a counselor, comprising: a customer terminal possessed by a customer receiving counseling from a counselor; a headset device, which is worn by the counselor in order to counsel the customer, has a verbal sound output unit for outputting a verbal sound signal received from the counseling-connected customer terminal and a verbal sound input unit for receiving the verbal sound input of the counselor, converting same into an electrical signal, and transmitting same to the customer terminal; and a central server, which collects verbal sound signals from the customer terminal and the headset device, analyzes the collected verbal sound signals to calculate a stress index, and outputs, to the customer terminal, a predetermined verbal sound signal for responding to stress according to the calculated stress index. According to the present invention, by warning a customer or providing a sound for lowering excitability during counseling at a call center and the like, a counselor becoming stressed can be directly prevented.
