摘要

A three-dimensional microfluidic heating system and manufacturing method using a three-dimensional repeating structure of a coil heater and a fluid channel are presented. According to an embodiment, a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional microfluidic heating system using a three-dimensional repeating structure of a coil heater and a fluid channel includes: forming a mold of a coil heater and a fluid channel; forming a mold composed of only a build material by removing the support material formed during the formation of the mold; pouring a casting material in a liquid state around the mold and curing it; forming a casting structure by removing the build material from the mold in which the casting material is cured; and filling an empty inside of the coil heater by removing the build material from the casting structure with liquid metal.
