PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new energy vehicle and a power system thereof. A power system of a new energy vehicle includes only one drive motor, and further includes one power coupling device 1 and an output device. The output device includes a main output device and some auxiliary output devices, and a power coupling device is provided between the drive motor and the output device to realize power transmission and connection control. The main output device powers the running of new energy vehicles. Each auxiliary output device powers the auxiliary drive system of a new energy vehicle. With a single motor, it realizes various outputs of new energy vehicles, and by using coupled integration technology, it reduces power sources, saves occupied space, and reduces vehicle weight and manufacturing cost. The load factor in the low speed region of the drive motor is improved to improve the drive efficiency.
