The present invention relates to a BIM-based method for simulated calculation of a deep foundation pit before construction. The method comprises: performing three-dimensional modeling on soil information of a deep foundation pit by means of geotechnical software; importing a three-dimensional soil model into deep foundation pit software; performing modeling on a deep foundation pit support structure on the basis of the soil model; performing stress calculation and structural deformation calculation on a deep foundation pit support structure model under different working conditions, and optimizing the subsection and sub-layer working conditions of foundation pit excavation, the soil discharge port arrangement, and the layout of monitoring points according to calculation results; and performing simulated pre-construction according to an optimized plan of deep foundation pit construction. The advantages of the method lie in: using BIM technology to perform three-dimensional modeling on soil information and a deep foundation pit support structure, and using deep foundation pit calculation software to calculate simulated displacement under stress under all working conditions of the foundation pit support structure provide technical and data support for the optimization of a foundation pit construction plan, such that the displacement and settlement of the support structure during actual construction are both within a simulated calculation range, thereby ensuring the quality and safety thereof, while also accelerating the construction progress.
