The present invention relates to a novel polymer composite film, a manufacturing method thereof, and uses thereof, and more particularly, to a large-area charged-body composite film comprising a fluorine-based polymer and a sulfur polymer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a triboelectric power generator using the same. Since the composite film according to an embodiment of the present invention can be manufactured at a low cost and has excellent triboelectric power generation characteristics, it can be usefully used as an electrical device such as various sensors.
