Film structured virus detection laboratory, comprising:-an inflatable film structure (1),which is inflatable to form a house body or a tubular body, wherein the inflatable film structure (1) after inflating forms a functional space (19), therein a clean room (2),one or more buffer units serving as auxiliary function areas (3) and a heavy pollution area serving as the main function area (4) are provided, wherein the buffer unit (3),which is defined by the inflatable film structure (1), separates the clean room (2) from the heavy pollution area (4), and has an internal opening and closing door (33) designed to separate or connect the buffer unit (3) from the clean area (2) and the heavy pollution area (4) airtight;-an input device-integrated module (5) located at one end of the function room (19) and having at least one entrance door (51) which is airtight separated from or connected to the clean room (2); and-an output unit integrated module (6),which is located at the other end of the functional space (19) and has at least one waste disposal case (61); wherein at least one of the input unit integrated module (5) and output unit integrated module (6) further comprises a two-way heat exchanger fresh air blower having a filtering device designed to supply air to or extract air from the function room (19), and with that the high pollution range (4) ina vacuum environment is converted.
