A preparation method for sulforaphane and a use thereof, which relates to the technical field of biology, the method comprising: taking broccoli seeds or broccoli sprouts, freeze-drying same and then grinding to obtain a first component; taking horseradish or cochlearia, freeze-drying same at a low temperature and grinding to obtain a second component; taking a lemon, freeze-drying same and grinding to obtain a third component; and mixing the first component, the second component and the third component in a sealed container or in water under the protection of nitrogen, so as to obtain a mixed solution, the first component and the second component being mixed for the first time. The described method only uses natural food-grade plants without adding other chemical reagents, can continuously and stably obtain sulforaphane, achieves ready-to-drink products, avoids residual harmful substances, is quickly prepared, reduces time and costs, and may be easily industrialized.
