System (SYS) for the computerised recording of customer satisfaction and improvement of service in at least one service environment equipped with wireless means of communication (BTa1, BTa2, .SP-I, SP-II), wherein the system (SYS) comprises the following components:– first wireless means of communication, which are considered by customers (CL1, CL2, .etc.) operable data signal generators (BTa1, BTa2, .etc.) are trained and located at each customer's service location;– second wireless means of communication designed as service providers (P-I, P-II) operable data display and input devices (SP-I, SP-II); and-at least one service computer (SRV) and gateways (GTWa, GTWb, ....), which are made from data signal generators (BTa1, BTa2, .etc.) sent event data (AD), which contains at least one customer request or concern, receive and record service task (ST);where the service computer (SRV) is designed to use event data (AD) as a criterion for decreasing customer satisfaction to calculate a frequency (FRQ) of customer requests occurring within a period of time (dT) and by calculating frequencies (FRQ) for all customers (CL1, CL2...) generate result data (RD) and prepare it for a representation in the form of a color-graphic overview (DIA);where the respective data display and input device (SP-II) is designed to retrieve the result data (RD) for the color-graphic overview (DIA) from the service computer (SRV) over the Internet according to the client-server principle and these in the form of the color-graphic overview(DIA) to notify the respective service provider (P-II).
