A utilized viscoelastic material can provide energy dissipation while also being able to weaken a thermal bridging effect, which facilitates architectural insulation; also, said connection apparatus can be connected to a prefabricated wall in advance, and can be performed simultaneously with wall joining during construction, effectively increasing construction efficiency;the design of an engagement slot apparatus can allow for displacement energy dissipation by the wall while also ensuring a firm and reliable connection; steel material is saved by means of utilizing stabilization plates in a multi-segment format to replace a through­length distribution; and the overall structural design is sensible, having a simple construction and facilitating production and installation.
