PERIPHERAL BLOOD TCR MARKER FOR PROSTATE CANCER, AND DETECTION KIT AND USE THEREOF

Provided are a peripheral blood TCR marker for prostate cancer, and a detection kit and the use thereof. The marker comprises at least one of the proteins as shown in SEQ ID NOs: 1-100. On the basis of a high-throughput sequencing method, only a small amount of peripheral blood needs to be collected for extracting RNA. An immune map library is established by means of processing samples, and then by means of high-throughput sequencing and TCR data analysis, firstly, a characteristic TCR sequence in the peripheral blood of prostate cancer is determined, and then the test results of a sample to be tested are compared with the characteristic TCR sequence so as to determine whether someone has prostate cancer. By means of the method, a large number of prostate cancer specific TCR sequences can be simultaneously compared, and the method has higher specificity and accuracy compared with the independent detection of one or several markers, thereby improving the diagnosis efficiency.
