PERIPHERAL BLOOD TCR MARKER FOR OVARIAN CANCER, AND DETECTION KIT AND USE THEREOF

Provided are a peripheral blood TCR marker for ovarian cancer, and a detection kit and the use thereof. The marker comprises at least one protein from those shown in SEQ ID NOs: 1-100. On the basis of a high-throughput sequencing method, only a small amount of peripheral blood needs to be taken to extract RNA. An immune repertoire library is established by means of processing samples. Then, by means of high-throughput sequencing and TCR data analysis, a characteristic TCR sequence in the peripheral blood for ovarian cancer is first determined, and then test results of samples to be tested are compared with the characteristic TCR sequence, so as to determine whether one has ovarian cancer. By means of the method, a large number of specific TCR sequences of ovarian cancer can be simultaneously compared, and the method has higher specificity and accuracy compared with the separate detection of one or more markers, thereby improving the diagnostic efficiency.
