[Problem] To facilitate insertion/extraction operations by displacing a bending amount of a bent section when the bent section is inserted or extracted, the bent section being provided to the distal end of an insertion part which delivers an embolus into an aneurysm. [Solution] This medical instrument set 100 comprises: an embolus loading catheter 20 which is filled with an embolus 10 to be indwelled in an aneurysm; and a delivery catheter 30 which is inserted into a biological lumen, wherein while a long main body section 21 of the embolus loading catheter 20 is inserted into the insertion lumen 32 from a proximal end opening section 31b of a sheath hub 33 of the delivery catheter 30, an opening section 21b of the embolus loading catheter 20 is located in the vicinity of a distal end opening section 31a of a sheath 31, and opens in a direction crossing the axial direction of the long main body section 21.
