[Problem] To reduce procedure time by simplifying procedures while reducing the number of procedural steps. [Solution] The present invention comprises: an embolus loading catheter 20 which includes a catheter body 21 that has a loading lumen 22 having a distal end that is open, and a base end hub 23 that has an insertion channel 23a that communicates with a base end of the loading lumen 22, an embolus 10 being loaded in the loading lumen 22; and a delivery pusher 30 which includes a long pusher body 31 that can be inserted into the loading lumen 22 via the insertion channel 23a of the base end hub 23 of the embolus loading catheter 20. The catheter body 21 has, on a distal end side of the catheter body 21, a distal end connection part 27 which is detachable from a sheath hub 43, and the pusher body 31 has a body length that is longer than the distance from a base end of the insertion channel 23a of the base end hub 23 to a distal end opening 41a of a sheath 41 that communicates with a sheath lumen 42 of a delivery catheter 40, in a mounted state in which the distal end connection part 27 is mounted to the sheath hub 43.
