The present invention relates to a graspable dumbbell facilitating rotational exercise, comprising: a finger hooking part having finger hooking holes so as to enable fingers to be fitted thereinto for grasping; and a weight part which adds a load during exercise and which is coupled to the finger hooking part such that when the fingers are fitted into the finger hooking part for grasping, the center of gravity is located at the lower part in the direction of gravity of the finger hooking part. It is easy to grasp the graspable dumbbell such that the weight part is positioned toward the back of the hand, and the graspable dumbbell can maximize the effect of joint or spinal rotational exercise.
