Medical device for haemostasis or tissue closure, including:a handle (1);a wrapping device (2), where the wrapping device (2) is mounted on the handle (1);a clamping device (3), where the clamping device (3) includes a clamping base (6) and at least two clamping arms (7a, 7b), in particular the clamping base (6) in the form of a casing at a distal end of the wrapping device (2);a control wire (4), where the control wire (4) extends through the envelope device (2) and moves reversibly in distal and proximal directions; andan actuator (5), where the actuator (5) is connected to a proximal end of the control wire (4) and is operable to move the control wire (4) reversibly in the distal and proximal direction;where the clamping arms (7a, 7b) are connected to the distal end of the control wire (4), and where the clamping device (3) is operable to open and close the clamping arms (7a, 7b) by a movement of the control wire (4); a movement of the control wire (4) in the proximal direction is converted into a closing movement of the clamping arms (7a, 7b) and a movement of the control wire (4) in the distal direction is converted into an opening movement of the clamping arms (7a, 7b);characterized by the fact that the clamping base (6) is detachable by at least one connecting element (18) and directly connected to the wrapping device (2), and that a release order is provided with at least one connecting element (18), which is actable by moving the control wire (4) in the proximal direction to release the clamping base (6) from the wrapping device (2) when the clamping arms (7a, 7b) are closed;where at least one connecting element (18) is fixed to the clamping base (6) or part of the clamping base (6) and is detachable from the wrapping device (2), or where at least one connecting element (18) is fixed to the wrapping device;(2) or part of the wrapping device (2) is mounted and detachable with the clamping base (6).
