The present invention relates to a technology for diagnosing halibut vernavirus disease, which causes mass mortality in halibut nurseries, and more specifically, it is possible to diagnose burna virus infection within 20 minutes using a monoclonal antibody specific for halibut vernavirus disease. It relates to a diagnostic kit and a diagnostic method for on-site inspection.
