The present invention relates to a technology for diagnosing halibut rhabdovirus disease, which causes death in halibut farms, and more specifically, diagnosis of halibut rhabdovirus infection within 20 minutes using a monoclonal antibody specific for halibut rhabdovirus disease. It relates to a diagnostic kit and diagnostic method for on-site inspection that can be performed.
