Biparatopic FR-alpha Antibodies and Immunoconjugates

The present disclosure provides such biparatopic antibodies comprising a polypeptide that binds to a folate receptor alpha (FRa) composition comprising the biparatopic antibodies. In a specific embodiment, the biparatopic antibody binds to FRa and modulates FRa activity. The present disclosure also provides methods of treating a disorder, such as cancer, by administering a biparatopic antibody that specifically binds to FRa and modulates FRa activity.
