The present invention provides a method for separating exosome subpopulations with different physiological activities and separated by electrostatic attraction characteristics within the primary isolated exosome cluster into fractions separated through ion exchange chromatography. The method for isolating an exosome subgroup within the exosome population of the present invention can be usefully used to differentiate and produce an exosome subgroup with enhanced clinically useful physiological activity, for example, an anti-inflammatory effect.
