Disclosed are a new antenna structure and a preparation method. The new antenna structure comprises a housing, wherein the right side face of the housing is provided with a groove with a rightward opening; the middle of the left side face of the housing is sequentially provided with a first roughened layer, a first conductive layer, a polished layer and a paint sprayed layer from right to left; the left end of the groove penetrates the housing and the first roughened layer leftwards, and is provided with a circular truncated cone shaped blind hole which is small on the left and large on the right and has a rightward opening; the inner wall of the blind hole, the right side of a joint between the first roughened layer and the blind hole, and the housing on the periphery of the right side of the blind hole are sequentially provided with a second roughened layer and a second conductive layer from left to right; the second conductive layer is formed on the second roughened layer by means of metal spraying; and the first conductive layer is formed on the first roughened layer by means of metal spraying, the first conductive layer and the housing on the periphery of the first conductive layer are polished to form the polished layer, and the paint sprayed layer is arranged on the polished layer. The present invention has the advantages of being easy to process, having a low defect rate, etc.
