Disclosed is a cool-feeling three-dimensional face mask, comprising a face mask body (1), a three-dimensional bracket (2), a cool-feeling sealing ring (3), and ear-hook portions (4), wherein a peripheral edge of the face mask body (1) is connected to a peripheral edge of the cool-feeling sealing ring (3); the three-dimensional bracket (2) is of an outwardly protruding frame structure, and the peripheral edge of the three-dimensional bracket (2) is fixed to a junction of the face mask body (1) and the cool-feeling sealing ring (3), such that the face mask body (1) forms a three-dimensional accommodating space; the cool-feeling sealing ring (3) is in contact with the skin of a wearer; and the ear-hook portions (4) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the face mask body (1).
