A micro-regional soil sampling device for different pollution scenarios, and a method therefor. Said device comprises a lidless cylinder body (1) and several circular spacer layers (2); the circular spacer layers (2) are detachably and horizontally fixed in a hollow inner cavity of the lidless cylinder body (1), the circular spacer layers (2) each comprise inner circular rings (3), an outer circular ring (4), and a soil bearing net (6), the inner circular rings (3) and the outer circular ring (4) divide the circular spacer layer (2) into several annular hollow spaces, and the inner circular rings (2) and the outer circular ring (3) each has a certain thickness; and the soil bearing net (6) is attached and fixed to the bottom of each circular spacer layer (2), and several spokes (5) are fixed on the soil bearing net (6) passing through the center thereof. The present device can simulate different pollution manners and different rainfall degrees when in use, and achieves sampling of millimeter-level micro-regional soils in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction for different pollution scenarios, satisfies the requirements of soil physicochemical index measurement, pollutant concentration monitoring and microbial morphology analysis, and expects to learn the concentration gradient features of pollutants in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of a micro-regional space, and analyze the effect of pollutants in the micro-regional space on the soil physicochemical properties and microorganisms.
