PURPOSE: A method for measuring soil pollution level using DNA of soil is provided to easily grasp biological pollution level and quickly and safely restores the site.;CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring soil pollution level using DNA from soil comprises: a step of collecting sample from soil; a step of measuring DNA level; and a step of comparing DNA level with standard DNA level and determining biological pollution degree.
