The use of the localized high-concentration flame-retardant electrolyte can effectively improve the flame retardancy of an electrolyte, implements high coulombic efficiency at a current density of 1 mAh cm-2, and can implement a stable circulation of 125 cycles; in addition, the localized high-concentration flame-retardant electrolyte features a simple preparation process, wide sources of raw materials, and low costs, and is applicable in industrial production. The localized high-concentration flame-retardant electrolyte can be used for preparing a lithium battery, can increase the redox stability of an electrolytic solution and reduce the viscosity of the electrolytic solution, and is stable for lithium metal.
