METHOD FOR GUARANTEEING FIBER CONTENT STABILITY IN FIBER-CONTAINING PRODUCT

Disclosed is a method for guaranteeing fiber content stability in a fiber-containing product, the method being characterized by comprising the following steps: inputting an initial set parameter before blanking; setting an initial extrusion rotating speed of an extruder; starting discharging, then monitoring a change in the amount of discharging by means of a feeding scale, and also monitoring a change in the number of a fed fibers by means of a photoelectric sensor, and correspondingly adjusting the extrusion rotating speed of the extruder when the amount of discharging or the number of the fed fibers is changed, so as to guarantee that the proportion of plastics and the fibers is kept unchanged; determining whether the adjusted extrusion rotating speed obtained in the previous step is within a rated rotating speed, and if so, taking the adjusted extrusion rotating speed as a new extrusion rotating speed of the extruder; and if not, giving an alarm. The method has the advantages of the extrusion rotating speed of the extruder being able to be adjusted in real time when the blanking amount and the number of fed fibers are changed, and not only is the stability of the fiber content during a production process guaranteed and the yield increased, but the machine activation rate is also improved.
