Disclosed in the present invention is a long-acting bio-organic fertilizer, comprising organic matter, inorganic matter, and biological bacteria. The organic matter accounts for 65% to 85% of the total weight of the fertilizer, the inorganic mass accounts for 15% to 35% of the total weight of the fertilizer, and the number of the biological bacteria is 9-10×108/kg. The organic matter comprises plant straw, meat and bone meal, plant seed cakes, and sesame. The inorganic matter comprises one or more of coal ash, furnace ash, phosphorus pentoxide, potassium oxide, and a nitrogenous fertilizer. The biological bacteria comprise acid-forming bacteria and coccus, and the acid-forming bacteria account for 80% to 90% of the total number of the biological bacteria. The present invention has strong fertility, lasting fertilizer effect, and a high fertilizer utilization rate, can improve the soil structure and crop quality, and thus has good market value.
