A wireless charging chip (200), a wireless charger (600), and a wireless power transmission system, used for improving the accuracy of metal foreign object detection. The wireless charging chip (200) comprises a sampling circuit (201), an analog-to-digital converter (202), and a processing circuit (203); the current input end of the sampling circuit (201) is adapted to be connected to a transmitting coil, and two endpoints of the voltage input end of the sampling circuit (201) are adapted to be connected to two ends of the transmitting coil; the input end of the analog-to-digital converter (202) is connected to the output end of the sampling circuit (201), and the output end of the analog-to-digital converter (202) is connected to the processing circuit (203); the processing circuit (203) is used for calculating receiving power of the transmitting coil and a first loss by using a digital signal output by the analog-to-digital converter (202), and determining a foreign object loss by using the receiving power of the transmitting coil, the first loss, output power of a receiving coil in a terminal, and a second loss, the foreign object loss being used for indicating whether there is a metal foreign object in the wireless charger (600) and the terminal.
