The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for culturing lung organoids, a composition therefor, and an organoid culture method using same. The present invention enables the creation of an actual tissue-like environment as compared to existing Matrigel-based culture systems, and particularly, in lung organoid culture, exhibits the effects of promoting tissue differentiation and effectively developing into an actual tissue-like form.
