Systems and methods for navigating users within a 3D model of the property are disclosed. A typical system includes a storage device configured to store data associated with multiple point locations. Each point position corresponds to the camera position where the image of the property is taken by the camera. The system further includes at least one processor configured to determine connectivity between said point positions and to determine a plurality of candidate routes connecting the first referral position and the second referral position. Each candidate route connects subgroups of point positions based on this connectivity. The at least one processor is further configured to select one route from the candidate routes and continuously display the landscape corresponding to the point position on the selected route.
