The present disclosure relates to a hydrophobic and hydrophilic segment sensitive to pH and a polymer containing a metal chelate group.In some aspects, the metal chelate group chelates the positron emitting metal ions.In some aspects, the polymer forms micelles that are sensitive to pH and vary fluorescence based on a particular pH.In some aspects, the disclosure also provides a method of using polymers for imaging of cellular or extracellular environments or for delivery of drugs.
