The crushing mechanism comprises a crushing cylinder (1) and a crushing assembly (2) disposed in the crushing cylinder (1); the compression mechanism comprises a compaction box (7), a compression block (8) disposed in the compaction box (7), and a drive element (9) which drives the compression block (8) to move; a conveying pipe (6) is provided on one side of the crushing cylinder (1); the compaction box (7) is provided below the conveying pipe (6) and is communicated with the conveying pipe (6) by means of a material collecting opening (701) at the upper end of the compaction box (7); a material outlet (102) is provided at the bottom of the crushing cylinder (1); a filter plate (4) is provided below the material outlet (102); a liquid collecting tank (5) is provided below the filter plate (4); a spiral conveying assembly (3) is provided above the filter plate (4); an output end of the spiral conveying assembly (3) is provided at the pipe opening of the conveying pipe (6); a baffle (10) is provided at a pipe opening of the conveying pipe (6); a pressure control mechanism (11) is provided in the conveying pipe (6); a pressure control mechanism (11) is provided at the baffle (10); the material collecting opening (701) of the compaction box (7) and the spiral conveying assembly (3) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the baffle (10), respectively. The device controls a moisture content of solid waste before compaction, so that the solid waste is easy to compact and form in a compaction process.
