The interactive-based webinar content providing system capable of multiple attendance of the present invention includes: a content storage unit for storing a plurality of webinar contents based on image data; a characteristic information storage unit for storing characteristic information including one or more of topic information, participant information, and running time information for the webinar content; a characteristic information providing unit providing the characteristic information to a user client; a selection information input unit to which a selection signal is input from the user client; a selection unit for selecting selected content that is webinar content corresponding to the selection signal from among the plurality of webinar content; and a content providing unit that provides the selected content to the user client.
