PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an algae-killing cleaning liquid composition capable of carrying out both algae-killing and scale washing using a cationic polymer and an anionic polymer in an aqueous system, a method for producing the same, and a method for cleaning algae-killing. SOLUTION: The acid contains at least one of a homopolymer such as acrylic acid and a homopolymer such as maleic acid, and polyoxyethylene (dimethylimino) ethylene (dimethylimino) ethylene chloride, and has a pH. Algae-killing cleaning solution composition having a pH of 1.0 or less. Preferably, the algae-killing cleaning solution composition further contains an azole-based compound. [Selection diagram] None
