PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry reactor and a method for treating a biogas residue and a biogas slurry with high efficiency. SOLUTION: A catalyst particle and a predetermined temperature are used by using a device including a reaction device casing 1 and a reaction cylinder and capable of improving stirring efficiency by rotation of a rotating shaft in the reaction cylinder and rotation of the reaction cylinder around the device casing rotating shaft. Under the action of pressure parameters, the efficiency of fermentation gas production from biogas slurry and biogas residue can be improved. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
