PIG PRODUCTION SYSTEM WITH AN ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION PROCESS OF PIG-SLURRY

PURPOSE: A piggery system including an underground anaerobic fermentation process for pig slurry is provided to minimize the temperature variations of an anaerobic bioreactor, and store livestock excretions from a piggery by the self-weights of the excretions. CONSTITUTION: A piggery system including an underground anaerobic fermentation process for pig slurry includes a piggery(1), and an underground anaerobic bioreactor(2). The piggery is equipped with a porous plate, which is placed to be separated from a bottom surface, in order to separately collect excretions from livestock. The underground anaerobic bioreactor is extended from the lower portion of the piggery, and is buried underground. The underground anaerobic bioreactor implements methane fermentation on the excretions from the piggery, and then forms the excretions, on which the methane fermentation is implemented, into an anaerobic digestion filtrate. The underground anaerobic bioreactor collects biogas generated in the methane fermentation through a collecting part(25) installed at a ceiling attic space.
