A method for generating a rotated 2D hand bone projection image from a 2D hand bone projection image includes the steps of extracting a feature vector obtained by compressing features of an input 2D hand bone projection image through a convolutional neural network (CNN); extracting a feature matrix from each layer of the convolutional neural network while extracting the feature vector; concatenating the feature vector and the angle code of the hand bone between vectors; and generating a two-dimensional hand bone projection image in which the two-dimensional hand bone projection image is rotated by a predetermined angle by using a feature vector to which the angle code of the hand bone is joined and a feature matrix extracted from each layer. Accordingly, it is possible to generate a rotated virtual two-dimensional projection image through one real two-dimensional projection image.
