A method of generating a rotated 2D hand bone projection image from a 2D hand bone projection image includes extracting a feature vector obtained by compressing a feature of an input 2D hand bone projection image through a convolutional neural network (CNN); extracting a feature matrix from each layer of the convolutional neural network while extracting the feature vector; concatenating the feature vector and the angle code of the hand bone between vectors; and generating a 2D hand bone projection image in which the 2D hand bone projection image is rotated by a predetermined angle using a feature vector to which the hand bone angle code is joined and a feature matrix extracted from each layer. Accordingly, it is possible to generate a rotated virtual two-dimensional projection image through one real two-dimensional projection image.
