Harness with handles for running or walking

The present invention relates to a harness (100) designed to improve the practice of running or walking, comprising a neck band (Bo). The harness comprises two straps (S1, S2) respectively fixed to the two ends of the headband (Bo), each strap (S) comprising a loop (Bc) forming a handle to allow a person's wrist to fit therein to rest there or to be seized by the hand of the said person. The use of a harness by a person practicing running or walking allows him to reduce his fatigue during the effort. Fig. 1
