CALCULATION METHOD FOR EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS OF ROLL-PACKING UNIT, AND COLLECTION MECHANISM THEREFOR

A calculation method for the equipment effectiveness of a roll-packing unit, and a collection mechanism therefor. The calculation method comprises the following steps: S1: collecting the number n of rotations of a paper guide wheel and the perimeter l of the paper guide wheel within a single production period; S2: multiplying the number n of rotations of the paper guide wheel by the perimeter l of the paper guide wheel to obtain the actually measured total length J of a cigarette bar; and S3: calculating the equipment performance rate (EPR) = theoretical production period G per cigarette ÷ actual production period H per cigarette, wherein the theoretical production period G per cigarette is a rated parameter of the equipment, the actual production period H per cigarette = actual production time A ÷ actual total production quantity I, the actual total production quantity I = actually measured total length J of cigarette bar ÷ average length K, and the average length K is a rated set length of each cigarette. By means of the calculation method, the actually measured total length J of a cigarette bar and the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of a roll-packing unit can be rapidly and accurately calculated, so that experts and cigarette factory workers can carry out rapid statistical analysis of data.
