An electrocardiogram heartbeat classification method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a medium. The electrocardiogram heartbeat classification method comprises: acquiring electrocardiogram data, dividing the electrocardiogram data, and obtaining a plurality of heartbeat segments (101); respectively matching the plurality of heartbeat segments with preset data templates, and determining a data template corresponding to each heartbeat segment among the plurality of heartbeat segments and a template identifier (102); determining a dominant template from the data template corresponding to each heartbeat segment, and setting a type identifier of the dominant template to be a first type (103); performing type determination on templates to be classified, other than the dominant template, in the data templates, and determining type identifiers of the templates to be classified (104); and setting the type identifier of each heartbeat segment to be the type identifier of the corresponding data template (105). A plurality of heartbeats with similar forms are aggregated into one template for processing, heartbeat classification is quickly completed, and processing efficiency is high.
