The present invention relates to a composition comprising a source of molybdenum (Mo) at a concentration less than or equal to 2.1 mmol comprising 99Mo and/or disintegration products of 99Mo, and a sorbent comprising particles of titanium oxide having a BET specific surface area between 180.0 m²/g and 280.0 m²/g and a particle size d50 between 10.0 µm and 350.0 µm. The present invention also relates to a device comprising a chromatographic column comprising said composition and a generator of radionuclides 99Mo/99mTc comprising this device.
