摘要

A method of manufacturing a core layer having a variable amount of weight over the entire width of the core layer is described. The core layer can be used with a vehicle headliner to enable proper side airbag deployment in the vehicle at impact. The system and various materials used to fabricate the core layer are also described.Diagram
