An object of the present invention is to provide a fixed-bed dry honeycomb absorbent material for separating carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas of a PAFC fuel cell having excellent carbon dioxide absorption capacity using a mixture of a metal oxide and an alkali carbonate, and a method for manufacturing the same.
