The present invention relates to a sensor technology for monitoring ammonia in the atmospheric environment and exhaust gas, and more specifically, a polycationic oxide electrocatalyst having a nanocrystal structure including selective adsorption and excellent electrocatalytic activity for the detection of ammonia in the atmosphere. It relates to an ammonia sensing electrode comprising a, a mixed potential difference type ammonia sensor comprising the sensing electrode, and a method for manufacturing the same.
