METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A GAS SENSOR FOR SENSING AN AMMONIA GAS AND THE GAS SENSOR, CAPABLE OF SENSING AN AMMONIA GAS BY MANUFACTURING A SENSING MATERIAL IN WHICH RUTHENIUM IS ADDED
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A GAS SENSOR FOR SENSING AN AMMONIA GAS AND THE GAS SENSOR, CAPABLE OF SENSING AN AMMONIA GAS BY MANUFACTURING A SENSING MATERIAL IN WHICH RUTHENIUM IS ADDED
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a gas sensor for sensing an ammonia gas and the gas sensor are provided to use the gas sensor for sensing the ammonia gas in an indoor or an outdoor site where the ammonia gas sensing is required.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a gas sensor for sensing an ammonia gas is as follows. 98 to 99wt% of a W-sol manufactured by dissolving tungstic acid in one of hydrogen peroxide or an ammonia solution and 1 to 2 wt% of an Ru-sol manufactured by dissolving ruthenium acetyl acetonate in ethanol are mixed so that a gas sensor is manufactured. The tungstic acid is mixed with the hydrogen peroxide and stirred at a temperature of 40 to 60°C so that the W-sol is manufactured. The W-sol is heat-treated at a temperature of 500 to 700°C so that a WO3 powder is manufactured. The Ru-sol is manufactured by dissolving the ruthenium acetyl acetonate in the ethanol. 98 to 99wt% of WO3 powder is put into 1 to 2wt% of the Ru-sol and a solution and a powder are separated from each other by using a centrifuge after mixing the WO3 powder and the Ru-sol with an ultrasonic cleaner.
